Object of desire

I am in love with this skirt from Large Popmerchandising (apologies for the blurry pictures!):

I wonder if I can make something like this myself. It looks quite complicated though....

    i guess you can do something like this, just take some time to understand how this skirt 'works' and you'll be fine i guess <3 good luck :-D
